Nestor Leonardo, married to Sandra Macri, have been spied on by intelligence agent hired by Cyrus James Macri last year. Before the judge Oyarbide said that behind that decision were "the Macri." Leonardo no hesitation in pointing against "Macri" as responsible for espionage against him for alleged poor family.
Hours after returning to appear before Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide, on Wednesday 11 November, Macri's brother was shot in one hand on the door of his house.
